User-Generated Content (UGC) Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern photos, videos, links, or other media content (“Content”) voluntarily submitted by users (“You”) to Suvria (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) through campaigns, forms, or the Share page, whether uploaded directly or shared via an external link.

By submitting Content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

ℹ️ These terms apply to submissions made under version 1.0.

1. Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal right to submit the Content.
• Your submission is voluntary.

2. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the Content you submit. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your Content to Suvria.

3. License Granted to Suvria

By submitting Content, you grant Suvria a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and adapt the Content for:

• Testimonials
• Social media posts and stories
• Websites and digital properties
• Marketing and promotional materials
• Paid advertising campaigns

Suvria may crop, resize, subtitle, or format Content for platform or design requirements without altering its original meaning.

For Content submitted via external links, this license applies only to the specific Content reviewed and approved by Suvria and does not extend to other content hosted on the same platform or account.

Suvria is not obligated to provide attribution or credit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Representations & Content Rules

• The Content is original and created by you.
• You have all rights required to grant this license.
• The Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
• The Content does not contain false, medical, or misleading claims.

Suvria reserves the right to reject or remove any Content at its sole discretion.

5. Submission Methods & Review

Content may be submitted either by direct upload or by sharing an external link (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or social media).

By submitting an external link, you confirm that you have lawful access to the Content and that it will remain accessible for a reasonable review period.

Suvria does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for expired, private, removed, or altered links. Such submissions may be rejected without notice.

6. Thank-You Gifts

Suvria may, at its sole discretion, offer a thank-you gift for selected submissions.

Where provided, such gift represents a fixed value equivalent to one Suvria Makhana pack, as determined solely by Suvria at the time of approval.

Thank-you gifts are not guaranteed, limited to one per approved submission, and are not provided in exchange for reviews, ratings, or feedback.

7. Removal Requests

You may request removal of your Content from future use by emailing support@suvria.com.

Content already published, in progress, or part of completed campaigns may continue to be displayed where removal is not reasonably or technically feasible.

8. No Employment or Obligation

Submission of Content does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and are separate from Suvria’s Terms of Service.

10. Influencers & Commercial Collaborations

These Terms apply only to voluntary user-submitted customer content.

Content created under paid collaborations, influencer partnerships, or other commercial agreements is governed by separate written terms and does not fall under these UGC Terms.

11. Additional Safeguards & Limitations

By submitting Content, you confirm that you have obtained consent from any individual appearing in the Content.

Content featuring minors must be submitted only by a legal parent or guardian, and Suvria may reject such Content at its discretion.

Users may not submit duplicate or misleading Content to obtain multiple thank-you gifts.

Suvria is not responsible for third-party platform decisions or advertising approvals.

12. Assignment & Business Transfers

Suvria may assign, transfer, or novate these Terms, and any rights granted under them, to any successor entity, affiliate, or acquirer as part of a business restructuring, incorporation, merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets.

Such assignment shall not require additional consent from users, provided that the successor entity continues to honor these Terms.
